Custom/Personalized Items: non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is defective or misprinted.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: Customers have 5 to 10 days to report issues for a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation: Allowed only before production begins (e.g., within a few hours or before approval).

Return Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or marked as "Final Sale".

Color Matching: We strive for accuracy, but due to monitor variations and the nature of apparel inks, we cannot guarantee an exact color match.

Sizing: Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size based on our provided size charts.

Payment: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Delivery: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
